I’m a Tampa native and can tell you Jim Walters was HUGE down here back in the day. As you mentioned in your write up they fell on some hard times in the 80’s and the company became a shell of what it used to be. It keeps popping up when I check on some of my search parameters I keep on eBay. I will check it again and see if there are any besides the 1971 issue you mentioned having already.
