But I have seen many good changes happening in the past 8 months and feel that especially the land home part of our company has really come a long way. I must respond to your comments about how wonderful Jim Walters is. Apparently as an employee you have been shielded from the consumer side. Just read all the posts here if you really think Jim Walters is building such fine houses. The same complaints regarding quality are expressed over and over state to state. Also waiting over 2 years for a home to be built in Florida is unreasonable.

I am looking at trying to gather enough names to approah outr state reps. It is a long shot but as they say the squeky well get the grease. Thses people need their license suspended until the make right the jobs they already sold. I think the state need to stop them from selling more homes that they won't build until they do something about the ones we already paid for.
